Quiz maker troubleshooting Q) I can't see the tests. A) To see the tests you must have Flash player 8 installed. Go here to install The latest Flash player. Q) I have flash installed but can not see the tests. A1) Computers can have restrictions on them to 'not allow' for certain applications like flash to be downloaded. These are common among school and some work places. Please check with your systems administrator about these permission. A2) Please consult your systems administrator before making this change. For Internet Explorer 7 go to the Tools menu at the top of the browser window, select Internet Options, Click the Advanced tab and near the bottom of the list of check boxes you will see Security. Uncheck SSL 2.0 and Click reply and OK then refresh your browser and the questions should appear. Q) I can't log in to ClassMarker. A) To be able to log in to ClassMarker you must have cookies enabled. If you feel your issue is something to do with a password error please see the next question. "I've forgotten my password." Q) I've forgotten my password. A) You can have a new password sent to the email address you have registered with us. Go to the Forgot Password page to have a new password emailed to you. Please also set your email software to always accept emails from classmarker.com incase they are being filtered by spam protection Q) My password is not being sent to me when I use the forgot password form. A) You should receive a message saying your new password has been sent. If you do not receive an email after this, please check your spam and trash folders incase the email has been filter by your email spam protection settings. Please also set your email software to always accept emails from classmarker.com domain. Q) My learners do not have an email address, but an email address is required for student accounts. A) You can use your own email address, or one you may set up for the purpose of your ClassMarker learner accounts. The reason we require email addresses for these accounts is for learners to reset forgotten password if they cannot contact their teachers in time. Note: Teachers can also reset learner passwords from within ClassMarker. Q) I am not receiving emails from Classmarker when I request them. A) Please check your spam and deleted messages folders incase you email service is treating the emails as spam. If you are using a school or educational institute email address, you can also check to see if your 'systems administrator' has added ClassMarker.com to your email systems safe list and ask them to do this. Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail style email accounts have no problems receiving emails from ClassMarker. |
