Which option is right for me?
You can upgrade with either a Professional plan, a Credit pack or combine both.
1. Professional plans
- Professional plans provide 400 or 1,000 tests taken per month - great for regular testing.
- Monthly plans are billed Monthly.
- No minimum contract period, you can cancel anytime.
2. Credit Packs
- Credit packs upgrade your account to full features just like Professional plans.
- Credits have a 12 months expiry and can be used anytime over the year.
- Credit pack expiry dates extend with any new purchase.
3. Professional plan + Credit pack
You can purchase a Credit pack on top of your Professional plan at any time for those busy months.
The benefit here is Credit pack credits will remain on your upgraded account indefinitely and only used when extra credits are required.
How Credits Work
Each time one of your Tests are taken,
only 1 credit is used. This includes Certificate Downloading,

If you select to charge users to take your test, the first 10 attempts taken per user (if you allow more than one attempt) will not use credits in your account. Credits will only be used after 10 attempts per paid Test taker.
