Upgrade Your Account

Ready to Upgrade your account? ClassMarker offers you a range of Professional Plan and Credit Pack options based on your Testing needs:

When you upgrade your account, the upgrade will take place immediately, so you can start using all our upgraded features and give your testing right away.

  1. From the My Account menu select the option to 'Upgrade'.

  2. Select 'Buy now' from one of our Professional Plan or Credit Pack options.

  3. Select your preferred secure payment method.
  4. Receipts are available for download once you have finalized the transaction.

    Please go to the My Account page, here you will find the option to download your Recent Receipts.

Update Credit card details

If you have a ClassMarker subscription, you can update your Credit card details at any time from your My Account page.

  1. Go to your My Account page.

  2. Open the 'My Plans' box
  3. Select 'Update Credit Card Details'
  4. You can now update your existing Credit card expiry date, or add a new Credit card for future payments.

Cancel a Subscription

If you started a recurring subscription, you can cancel it at any time.

Note: There is not lock in period with ClassMarker Subscriptions.

  1. Go to your My Account page.

  2. Open the 'My Plans' box
  3. Follow the instructions to unsubscribe.
  4. You will not be billed again once you unsubscribe.
