Email results

For each Test or Survey assigned to a Groups or Links, you can choose to send the results via email to:

  1. The main account Administrator
  2. Account Assistants
  3. Test takers

Note: The registered email address must be verified in order to receive these emails. Verify your email address by going to the My Account page, expand the section titled 'View and edit my details' and select the link 'Send verification email' (this link will only be displayed for unverified email addresses). An email will be sent to your email address, select the link provided to complete the verification process.

Turn On Emailing results

  1. Go to your Tests page and expand the row for your Test or Survey.

  2. Select 'Settings' under the Assigment you want to update email settings on

  3. Scroll down to the 'Email results' box

  4. Update the Email settings and select Save at the bottom of the page. Your updates will now apply to new Test attempts.

Turn Off / Unsubscribe Emailing results

For Administrators: Follow the steps above to remove your email from receiving results.

For Test takers: Speak to the person giving you your online exams to ask them to stop sending future results to you.
